Macmillan Cancer Support exists to help improve the lives of people living with cancer and their families and carers. 1 in 3 people will get cancer and everyone is affected. Macmillan are a source of support and a force for change.

Macmillan Cancer Research Walk
Saturday 15th May 2010
A lovely walk through the towns of the Cynon Valley. Starting at Abercynon Rugby Club, walkers will travel along footpaths and roadside paths diverting through the town centre’s of Abercwmboi, Aberdare and finishing up at the Glancynon Inn, Hirwaun.
The Wishing Well (Beer Garden) - Procedes Donated To Macmillan
In 2007 everyone at the Glancynon raised a staggering £2,800 for Macmillan. We are still awaiting our total for this year. Please check back for the final total for 2008.... hopefully we'll beat last year's target!
